After years of fits and starts, the DCEU's long-awaited Flash movie will reportedly finally begin production in the U.K. early next year.

After years of fits and starts, The Flash movie will reportedly finally begin production in the U.K. early next year. Ezra Miller first joined the DCEU in 2016's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, playing speedster Barry Allen in a quick cameo opposite Ben Affleck's Batman. Miller had a more substantial role in Justice League, and there were plans for him to star in his own solo movie. However, The Flash has been slow to arrive, as over the years it has changed hands and pushed back release dates multiple times. Currently, it is scheduled to debut in November 2022.

This year has brought a great deal of progress for The Flash, as its release date has been hammered down and the start of production nears. It director Andy Muschietti will direct, while Birds of Prey scribe Christina Hodson wrote the script. It's been said that The Flash will adapt the famous Flashpoint storyline from the comics, though fans are truly excited about its supporting cast. The film is gearing up to unite past cinematic Batman actors, from Affleck to Michael Keaton. Additionally, Ray Fisher could be bringing his Cyborg to the movie as well.

According to casting website Backstage, The Flash is poised to begin production in April. Reportedly, shooting will take place at Warner Bros.' Leavesden Studios, which are located in the U.K. This is a month later than was initially said, as reports claimed The Flash could kick off in March. Nevertheless, this is a concrete start time that fans can brace themselves for.

Provided this start doesn't get delayed again, The Flash should hopefully avoid any further release date adjustments. The coronavirus pandemic definitely threw a wrench into Warner Bros.' plans, but with sets becoming more accustomed to working with COVID guidelines, things can now get back on track. The start of production could also provide some further confirmation about the cast, such as whether additional Batmen will join up. Fans have been speculating for months about who else will star in The Flash, and answers could be around the corner.

Considering how long it has taken The Flash to get off the ground, the news that production could begin in just four months will surely be a relief for fans who have waited all these years to see it. By the time the film comes out, it will have been five years since Miller's last big screen appearance as Barry, so anticipation is bound to be high. Hopefully there won't be any further roadblocks for The Flash going forward to fans can finally get the movie they want.

Oh really? I didn't know that. I will still try it out though. I don't mind minor changes to the story (It would be great if they let us save Aeris/Aerith in the remake). I guess that would take away the emotional element from the game though... But at the same time we all kind of wanted to save her in the original. So... I'll let the devs decide what to do with that.
Well it's more like an alternate timeline where you can or can't change the events of the original. Depends on what the devs decide to do. It can take 3 parts or more due to the change. I'd rather have the original remake than playing a kiddy story where you can alter the events and save everyone you love.

The only problem i have with FF7 Remake is that they divided it into 3 (or more) parts. That's just money-grubbing practice, and serves no other purpose. I haven't played the first one yet. Will play when the the complete game is out. In the meantime, the original FF7 is still good enough to play as long as you priorities story/gameplay over graphics.
