I don't usually watch or read Harem/Ecchi series but started Akame ga kill just now.Its getting quite popular so i thought i should check it out.
Wasn't expecting the story to be like this .. that ruins my good mood for today.

sorry for being a complete noob in the conversation but....what exactly is an ecchi/Harem anime...? :| i mean can any1 describe the genre in a much more simple name...? n also plz recommend me sum gud anime of this genre too....m curious about it...

[MENTION=8285]Solid Link[/MENTION].......Ecchi is *ahem* a genre which clasifies in girls with huge proportions (which means normal anime highschool girls would have big chests,slim body and whatnot) ecchi is generlly Borderline-H if a anime is tagged with ecchi then in that anime there would be pantyshots,bouncing chests,partial nudity but not exactly porn(which is totally different)
Harem is inwhich 1 boy is surrounded by hot girls it is present in mainly Shounen and Sienen anime......in Shoujo and Josei 1 Girl is surrounded by many guys which is termed as reverse harem.....(btw someone who watches ecchi dosent mean he is dirty or perverted)
if u r intrested then some anime like freezing,Highschool of the dead,,Gantz,Berserk,sekeri,air gear are not too bad....though i would say u would need to have balls to watch berserk and Gantz.......and also if u are intrested in ecchi anime dont watch hentai because it may ruin ur good experience.

Its weekly...was released in April 2011....it has currently i think 60 chapter 41 chapters have been scanlated....lazy ass scans scanlate this project and are going to continue in august.
