TF2/CS:GO servers with <50ms latency

Game Server Search, Player Search, Server List, Stats, and Rankings - Game Tracker

All of these (official Valve?) servers based in Dubai give me latencies better than 50ms. I'm in Karachi using Worldcall. TF2 servers are full but sadly nobody seems to know about CS:GO servers.

45ms. Connection speed doesn't matter, I have 6mbit. Maybe it's the way WC are routing their traffic.
