m working for an entertainment company and where we dub Hollywood movies, they gave me a titled laptop with cool specs like 8gb ram 2 gb graphics card core i5 i just wanna know that can i play heavy games on it? when i play game on it its temperature cross 90c is it okay?

that is not okay.
Once you reach 98 or so laptop will shut itself down.
so its totally NOT safe.

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
