Suggestion for buying a car for family?

I have low bugdet for a new car 10-12lac I am considering alto vx and getting a good quality genuine ac later in it.I want save money thats why...is it feasible?
On the other hand i am also eyeing wuling mini ev elctric car but dunno when or if it will come to pakistan.

Guide me guys...

Don't go for Alto VX. It's a piece of scrap. Aftermarket ACs tend to give a lot of trouble due to compatibility issues, and honestly it's very congested. Better go for a used Cultus 2014-17 that'd easily fall within your budget with lesser mileage, and far more durable. Other options are Passo, Mira but it'd be tough to find one in an acceptable condition.

In the price bracket you mentioned, the options the fairly limited.
You can either go with the Alto you mentioned. It's a safe purchase given the cheap maintenance and re sale value. The others include a 1999 to 2000 vitz which is a 20 year old machine. Even though it may be better driven, handling and options wise but its old nonetheless and need maintenance regularly. Which is cheaper comparatively but still costlier than a new alto. Lastly as a friend mentioned Passo is a good option. You may be able to find a 2002 to 2003 Passo in the price range if look hard enough. It is again an old machine but given that you are able to find one with better condition of body, engine and tyres i would say its a good option.
