Hello everyone, is anyone getting less speed on Netflix coz in the past few days Netflix movies takes about 2-3min to play and the quality remains at 360p for about 5 min, then it goes HD and I'm getting like 1-2Mb max on Netflix. I have a 20Mb connection, does anyone else have this problem, I cant play HDR content on Netflix due to this issue as it takes a very long time to load.

Can't even blame Stormfiber at this point cuz PTA WMS is literally f****** with game packets and unless I use a vpn I get rubber banding in certain games such as Rainbow 6. Online gamers are literally doomed in this damn country.

Got a storm fiber 10mbps package. Speed is great, which was surprising for me but the only frustrating thing is frequent disconnection which always happens on Saturday night. Their representative told me that local cable operators are cutting the fiber optic wires in many areas of Lahore, & they can't do anything against them & they repair it the next day which is frustrating.

yes, exactly the same happening in Gujranwala, every 3-4 days internet get disconnected at around 10-11 pm and when I asked the local technicians what's the cause they told me the same cable operators cut their wire and they also logged 12 FIR to police but no action so far and he said they have changed almost 5000m cable in the current month alone due to this.

Hi guys,

Couple weeks back i randomly checked and ebravo.pk was working. But for past few days now, ebravo is not working. The website opens fine but videos do not load. Tried contacting SF and they said we do not provide support for ebravo. Any help please?

Anyone else getting extreme packet loss and low downloading speeds lately?

I don't know what is happening with Stormfiber, my friends using PTCL and Optix are having no problems

What is the status of PEACE submarine cable, is it functional yet? if not when we can expect it to be operational?

Also kindly tell me which IP pool you are in.

mine has not been working since 1 month just emailed them rn about it hope it gets resolved.

i am not a tech savvy person and i have a question can you guide me how to get a good online pin. i have a normal 20mb connection do i have to get anything else to improve my online connection?

Guys Stormfiber is providing free extra bandwidth when you pay your bill with nayapay account. +6 Mbps on 30mb, +5 Mbps on 20 Mb and +3 Mbps on 10mb.
