Sorry to ruin your ray traced party but it should be pointed out that the first open world game to use ray tracing would be Watch Dogs Legion.
30fps is good enough for most single-player games, but I'll take 60fps over a waste of resources like RT. Glad the option is available in all PS5 games I'm interested in.

Fun fact, cold booting from the game, the game directly takes you to the main menu after the splash screen, no unskipable 20 second long developer logos. Hopefully more games do this.
