Thats the weirdest brain fart i have ever read or heard anywhere....

Americans eat a lot more junk food which is high calorie..and they grow taller and stronger than most nations in the world...same for Dutch...Zulus of south Africa..and many other ethnicities...But nowhere in the world any ministry has ever come up with an argument as lame as this one.

At 7 yo,the Parents should be held responsible..The criminal conviction should be two phased...Phase one with very low intensity conviction starting from may be the age of 14...and then at 16 a bit more and at 18 full conviction.

yes pakistani children grow faster because they eat adulterated food. there was one video i saw on utube which aired on tv explaining how milk is produced in pakistan and how it affects children.
