Software for ip logging

Salam everyone. I need a software which can run in background and cann keep a track of ip connecting through my pc. For example im on skype and I want to know the ip of my contact which is on live camera, I know it can be done by ipconfig command but I want to check it out after skype session.
Annyone know let me know.

It works but not what I wanted.i does show all the ip connection but when I signout skype it clears ip address. I want somthing that can keep a hostory of ip connections.whoch I can check later.anyone know kindly let me know
