Smartphone in 12k-15k

Guys need your advise on how to get the max out of my budget.
Currently i have asha 306 which i m planning to sale off, suggest a good android option in this budget and tell me weather used cell phone is a good option or not as i m lil worried abt used cell phones

Errr... most Android phones in 15k are ones with 512MB RAM which make the phone feel like shit.
Increase your budget a bit to 18k and get an Xperia P. Its got 1GB RAM, 4" display, 1GHz Dual-Core CPU and a MALI-400MP GPU (used in the S II).
Only drawback is that its got a 1305mAh battery.

Bought it And Its Blazing Fast And Runs All Apps Without Lag Drawback is It is Having 1gb DDR3 Ram

But Advantages are sim support (dual) Dual Cameras 5.0 megapixel back and 2.0 megapixel front both are good...

The Tablet Is Awsome Overall A (grade) To This Tab

Mind you that you'll have to forget about resale value. Rest you can have a look at the specifications on GSM arena etc

Do look at the motorola's razr m (xt905 variant)...plenty at olx...awesome set for the price...
If you are lookin for tablet then I would say stretch n get a used nexus7 16gb....can't go wrong even with its 1st generation
