Shipping to Maylsia (Shell Eco Marathon)

Hi guys,

been quite busy fr the last few weeks. im participating in the shell eco marathon in which u build a small fuel efficient car and race it in the country where the competition is being held.

This year its being held in Malaysia and i need help shipping the car there.
it needs to reach malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) by at least 5th july (3 days before) as the event will run from 8th to 10th july.

the dimensions are

230cm / 7.5ft length
60cm / 2 ft width
65.5cm / 2.2 ft height.

weight is 70kg

engine is 50cc, 3 wheeler

it needs to be sent in fragile.

If anyone knows anyone that ships or if anyone knows the answers to these questions??

1. what will be the charges?
2. when does it have to leave Lahore by?
3. what is the mode of transport (air or ship)
4. is there any additional customs duty , taxes, or security we will have to pay??
5. the shell organizers have told us to apply for ATA carnet, is it really necessary
   
6. we also want to bring it back to Pakistan after the 10th of july.

There are dozens of "Freight forwarding agencies" in Lahore,go and ask around.They are professional experts in imports and exports and not only know all the laws but also help you in customs and other red ribbons.
For the size and weight you are saying,the freight shouldnt be more than say 20,000 rs. Just a guess.
