Salaam all,
I wanted to ask those PG members here who are using steam or origin accounts for playing games. I am planning to buy a few steam and origin PC games and load them into accounts I create. And then I want to distribute them among my customers (who have bought GPUs from me). By distribute, I mean that every customer will have access to every game any time.

What I want to ask now is that
1. Will steam/origin allows the use of each account from such multiple IP's?
2. I am not a gamer, so any other problem I or my customers might run into?

I will appreciate any response.

Regards,
Dr. Najeeb.

Will your accounts will probably get barred/banned as for certain games [online] one user can be online at the moment thats for Valve/Steam games as for other games say GTA each game has its own key multiple validation from several ip would ban that serial key thats only for Steam i have never been origin fan never used it,there's a better option though recharge your steam account then whenever there's sale on steam such as black friday etc buy those games as gift and then you can gift those games to your customers but yes you'll have to charge your customers for the game but it wont be expensive usually older titles are cheaper recently on sale i bought farcry 3 PE just for 5$ smth on sale

I wish to provide newer games as they range from 20-40$ in price so I can't provide each to every customer, that is why I am hoping there could be any workaround.
What if only one user access any account at one time (say for 15 days) and then another one user and then another and so on.

Well I can't say much about it as its depends on game and its Publisher ,I have been travelling back and forth between countries and I have been using my account hassle free but yes it had difference of year or more sometimes less but not 15days but that also means my account was logged into my laptop and I also had my steam account active on both my desktop and laptop and usually i signed in from a cafe or else where too on my laptop while desktop was at my apartment only ,A user can have multiple devices but I am sure there's a number for that ,you should probably try searching on steam community ,I am sure this might have been mentioned there

From steam store website:

Can multiple users play simultaneously on one Steam account?

Steam does not support multiple players using one Steam account simultaneously - games associated with a Steam account are licensed for the sole use of the account holder. If multiple users attempt to log in and play simultaneously with one Steam account, the user who logged in first will eventually receive an "Invalid Steam UserID Ticket" error message and be forced to log back in to continue playing (if the first user logs back in, the second user will receive this error message).

Well I think asking them directly will yield the answer NO. Let me still have a look around there.

Does it mean that the account does not get any ban? If there is only the issue of error and automatic logout then it would not be really a problem in case I provide the account to one user at a time, or am I mistaken?

It's mostly against the ToS. I know Steam doesn't allow sharing of accounts. There is a Family Share feature though. Look it up.
Will check that out.

My brother and I share our Steam accounts with family sharing. I have also shared my account with a friend.

What is required:
Each user must have a steam account
You must log into YOUR Steam on THEIR PC and authorize it. < I'm not sure if there is another way to do this.
You must add the user to your family.

Limitation:
You can only share with 5 users and can authorize 10 computers.
Games that utilize 3rd party activation will not work such as GTA5 that relies of RockStar activation as well as steam.
Only one user is able to utilize the library. Say if a shared user is playing the game and you wants to play same/another game from your library, user 1 will be asked to purchase the game and the game will auto quit in few minutes.

Risk:
If the shared user is cheating, your sharing rights maybe revoked.

And it doesn't matter what location the users are. My brother is in Canada while I'm in PK. We both tend to use each other's library and never had any issue.

As for Origin - there is no family sharing AFAIK.
