I have sent a pc to a family member in karachi. It has been over 2 months now still have not received it! My cousin has been visiting the airport quite a few times now they keep telling him to take a seat or send him to other departments. Does anyone know how to get it out?

DHL or other shipment companies should have delivered it to the house.
Why is he visiting the airport?
Does the shipment have a tracking number?
used DPD from UK it shows on the tracking as delivered and customs cleared. But it actually is not cleared. He is visiting the airport to get some sort of invoice or anything at least so we know what to do next. I am so confused why is it so hard to do anything in Pakistan. The easiest and most assured way to get it solved is to create complaint on Citizens Portal app, but be sure to address it to relevant authority, make a thorough complaint with receipts, tracking numbers, documents and pictures, keep checking the process as the complaint goes from one office to another, and if they just close it without it being resolved then click unsatisfied and give reason and it will be highlighted to higher ups again.

It's not about Pakistan or Pakistanis, it's about enforcement. Same Pakistanis drive on Motorway or in Islamabad properly because the Police doesn't let it slide. Same way, I've seen Americans breaking all sorts of laws when no ones looking. That aside, you have our sympathies, btw if you want to expedite it even further then shoot an email to Pakistani british consulate, they will only forward it to concern department but it will get things moving faster.
i am not blaming all Pakistan but the system. Because look it's my first experience with any interaction in Pakistan, and it's this bad. Deliveries should be the simplest thing in the world. Anyway, i have lodged a complaint through the app. if that don't work ill just give up then. no point wasting time with this
