5770 is sometimes better as it require less power and dx11 as well as good oc'er

OK peeps i need help i am really confused now. I want to ask should i buy simple Dual Core Pc or Core i3. As from Intel's recent announcement for new motherboards and processor i am thinking that why not buy Dual Core for now and than later upgrade. Coz i am not into some really heavy stuff now and will probably make another rig next year. So it will be wise to not choose i3?? Because 1156 will be EOL in 2011??

Whats ur budget? What exactly u have to buy, is it only processor? What r ur other specs? At what resolution u game?

If u r short on budget go for a dual core, because the difference in i3 and a dual core, which i have noticed by now, can be overcome by overclocking, however a real upgrade worth everything would be something like an i5, so better wait and make an i5 rig once or go for a simple dual!!

Well i have 25k right now. I am really confused about which thing to buy. Coz i think if 1156 is going to be EOL in 2011 than why not get dual core for now and than upgrade to some thing worth while?? Coz this rig will be temporary purchase for me as i will be building another rig after 1 year or so. So should i buy core i3 or simply buy dual core and wait for something good??

P.s: I will not be buying hard drive and optical drive in this budget. And i will be gaming at 1360*768.

I wanna buy a cooler for my i5 rig.....Someone here is selling it on me for 3.5k with i7 brackets.....

Now the question is, is i7 and i5 holding brackets are same...means does i7 brackets can hold on i5 rig.

Second is how good is the quality is as compared to stock cooler.

Any suggestion what parts should i select??
I already have HDD Optical drive and casing so suggest me pc without these things.
If you go for i3 then you'll have to use the IGP as the display adapter. cuz mobo , i3 and ram alone are gonna cost you 25-27K

What u guys say about that is core i3 worth spending right now?? Coz if i buy core i3 now i will not be able to buy new rig before 2 years??

Difference, in my opinion would not justify the extra price in ur case so u better go for a SIMPLE DUAL CORE!And u r bulding a gaming pc, what is its use when u would only have integrated gpu in i3, so go for a dual with 9800gt and HAPPY GAMING!

oh if you are not in oc then don't get a cooler
first of all
do some cable management in casing
install what type of casing you have ?
if your casing does not have cooling option then install 1-2 12mm fans in back and on bottom
check the temps again
intel hsf are not that bad yaar you only need a cooler when you want to oc your processor
