I named one already: Call of Doooty. There are others like MGSV, TLOU, and Splinter Cell. Why else would the latter awkwardly map a movement speed toggle to the mouse wheelStill waiting for a game where that actually makes a difference.

As for RE4 remake, I haven't experimented with stealth here, but it'd be disappointing if the AI isn't able to distinguish between different levels of crouch speed in later sections of the game.
