i have checked ports on port forward's tool it is saying that they are open i don't know why it isn't working

Strange, I had the same issue for over a week when I downloaded it; Couldn't play. I opened the ports and it worked for me. Also, I saw you trying to join multiple times

Not sure what'd work for you. But some stuff you can try is deleting CacheSxS. Or downloading and running the latest version of the updater (I hope you tried this).
Although it shouldn't make a difference, I didn't open my ports from 192.168.1.1. I went to Windows Firewall settings and opened it from there.

i am currenty off playing this game, but will join soon. here is one thing i want to tell, despite of update istill receiving the "alter file" error. this was when i played last few days back.

i can only play ANtiNOOB server . all repZ servers giving me error.

Very True Bhai. TDM totally Fun,. i do Sniping and it is good too. Ak47 and Commondoo are TOP Guns for me. really fun.
Search and Destroy is good too. its silencer mode just like COD4

COD people usually stick to COD and addictive more compare to Bf3. atleast i couldn't enjoyed BF3, sniping is bit different and difficult too. secondly didn't played much too. may be if i play or practice more i can adopt BF3.

Yeah BF3's Sniping is hard but you can practice using assault so you can get an idea how people play.

i am too lazy to downlaod that huge package 24GB. secondly, origin downlaoding totally sucks, tried several times but no success.

lol it gives very good speed on our pakistani isps. anyways you can grab a bf3 disc and install it in your pc then copy it in battlefield 3 folder inside origin games.

Haha, I love Battlefield 3. Which is also the reason I made that 40-hour sketch (see link in signature)

But yes, everything has its place. I played BF3 a lot and loved it. I still play it even now. But CoD:BO is easily one of the best CoDs there is.

after making like 2 kill's I was level 41 or something. the server gives 40000 xp for one KILL!
thats not what I like , are there any REAL servers ?

and I dont see any REPZ servers.HALP

There are those extra XP servers, but you could avoid those if you want. Last time I checked, there was only one.

Alright .alright... call me a noob and an idiot but atleast I am keeping this tread alive,
I need help in opening mt ports ( I have opened them using the windows control panel,the fire wall thingy, but it wont work)
any service I try tells me to choose the manufacturer of my router but I cant find it! nither no my router, nor on my router i.p address (192.168.1.1).
