Playing halo infinite multiplayer these days. Very heavy assist for console players just like CODs yet I still manage to consistently get in the upper spots on the scoreboard lol

You can comfortably play console shooters on a PC (Halo, CODs, ) but cannot play PC shooters (CS, Valorant, etc) on a console

This was in-house as well. ND wants to go fully multiplatform now it seems.

Fwiw, the amount of options and customizations is comparable to Gears 5 on PC. With no marketting whatsoever, I'm not sure why they were pressured to release it now. Prolly to cash in on the show's hype while its hot.

I don't really know much about Halo Infinite tbh but the top ranked competitive COD players use a controller. Silent footsteps perk + analog movement to further reduce footstep sound + heavy aim-assist are pretty good when properly exploited. Also, MW2 supports mouse/kb and gyro aim on PS4/PS5.

You can comfortably play console shooters on a PC (Halo, CODs, ) but cannot play PC shooters (CS, Valorant, etc) on a console

Simply add gyro + flickstick or even mouse/kb support for those shooters and it'll work just fine. Not that I'm interested in CS. May check out Valorant tho if it ever comes to PS5.
