Need recommendations of which feature phone (like Nokia/Jazz Digit/ etc) to use as a 4g hotspot for non pta device.

Should be light weight with a good battery (with hotspot enabled) and nothing too expensive (rs 10K-12K).

Instead of using feature phone which makes you look like a cheapskate. I suggest buying a 2nd Android kit (there are plenty of options in your 10-12k budget) & use it for all calls/internet usage. And use the primary phone for cameras/showbazi.

Used an iphone 7 (for calls/hotspot) for a while but found it tiring to carry two large sets and keep them both charged daily. Found iphone hotspot also disconnected frequently making it very inconvenient to use. Feature phones are both lightweight and have better battery life so wanted to try them.

Bought the Jazz Energy and found it met most of my requirements but eventually got tired of carrying two sets and constantly switching between them.

Yeah well 2 phones are only ideal for women because they carry purses with them.

I guess you should just pay the PTA fees. It will feel bad at the time, but will get rid of all the problems you're facing.

I would've payed but it costs the same as the phone which is absolutely ridiculous.
