Problem is i dont want to buy an expensive 10/11gen mobo which support faster ram on a basic cpuand mobo.
I am looking to go for 12 or 16 gb ram
Will i be able to two diffrent ram sticks with different speeds?

Somewhere on Internet
yes, you can use two different rams of different speeds but the motherboard will also lower the speed of higher ram-like if you put 2899mhz ram and 3200mhz ram, the mobo will decrease the speed of 3200mhz to 2899mhz to match the lower speed ram.

RAM basics here

Short answer, it might work if its compatible, long answer; it depends on a lot of factors (read above) to get max speed out of your PC via motherboard/CPU/RAM matchup.
