rainbow six siege high ping latency issue

so ive been playing rainbow six siege since it came out but from a month or 2 my pings jumped from 150 to 250 constant on nayatel, even if i switch my bandwith from transworld or ptcl it remains constant at 250ish , what pings do u guys get and is there a solution to this? 150 is playable 250ish just feels bad and not playable

yeah ive talked to nayatel core multiple times about this they keep asking me about a specific ip which i dont have incase of siege since it uses microsoft azure servers, but ill pm u my id anyways
