pray with a shoulder cast

salam guys
so i broke my left shoulder a couple of days ago and well after doc put a plaster on it i stopped praying because i didnt know how to perform wudu or even how even salah because my left arm is in an L shape due to the plaster and i cant lift it or move it in any way
i thought it was a small thing n wud be off in a ciuple of days but doc confirmed from x rays that itll stay on for 5 weeks
anwyay i need to know how should i pray i would appreciate direction...proper ones my ppl keep telling me wierd n diff ideas but nothing sounded difinitve so i would appreciate some directions on both wudu n salah

first of all, i really appreciate ur asking . Allah Pak apki madad kery.

secondly, dont be dishard my dear.. just do the wudu slowly very slowly, if possible then pani ko left shoulder b dal le agr ho sky .. if not then Allah Pak knows thar ur in pain..

Allah Pak soya nei hy .. dekh rha hy apko ...

You should move everything really slowly. Don't put too much stress on ur body. Sit on a chair and pray. Don't do a full sajda if ur arm really hurts. And pray after namaz for ur fast recovery!
