Play store not working

hey guys salam
im having a weird problem my htc ones playstore is not working when i i open the app it says no connection try again
it says the same on my bros nexus 4
but
whenever i use hottspotsheild it starts working again but as soon as i disable it it stops this prob started yesterday..out of the blue
any help wud be appreciated

Its probably your net Connection, Get it checked elsewhere on your friend's Wifi without activating HotSpot Shield.

[MENTION=1143]juventude[/MENTION]! You say you can access PlayStore with a VPN like Hotspot shield. Well that indicates its a problem from ISP (PTCL or any other) side. Usually its PTCL these days acting up. It'll be a'right on its own

Its PTCL then (i am sure you are using that). Keep calm and carry on. It'll get resolved on its own

yup im using ptcl
but idk if i shud call them up or not....n even if i do what will i tell them lol ...my net is working perfectly fine

[MENTION=1143]juventude[/MENTION]! You don't have to do anything Its often that PTCL starts to give problem with Google Services, and PlayStore is one of them.

It'll be resolved by itself.

I have faced this numerous times in these 5-6 months.
