Naah, it isn't down. What you're seeing is their fake page actually. You'll need a keyword to get to the login page. If you don't know the keyword, then read the Latest News on the fake page and follow the instructions.

Tracker is good when it comes to Movies, TV Show packs and Audio packs. Pretty much similar to IPT but less famous. Also it has Diversity and aXXo separate section + Freeleech :d

I was surprised to read what had happened the last time they'd used the fake page:

In the News section on the fake page we are going to tell you how to recover your Keyword for those that are too lazy to read this, we dont want to loose 15,000 members again like the last time.
