Wrong thread first of all, and secondly, if you can't contact PTCL about a PTCL issue, who do you expect to contact?
Send a screenshot of this to PTCL on Twitter and Facebook and then send the same screenshot to
[email protected] and CC
[email protected] in the email as well.
If you annoy PTCL on all their social media channels and complain via email, the issue will eventually get fixed by someone.
If you're really impatient, go down to your exchange and meet the manager, tell him that you're facing this issue and if it's not fixed, you'll disconnect their service.
