Since @JAYZZY's busy this time around and cannot arrange, I'm going to do it. Been a long time, and since by then almost everyone will be done with exams and shit, a meetup is due.

Its about time that we had the last meetup back in october , if you missed it u can go HERE and check it out how much fun we had

So everyone is finished with their exams which means its GAMING/PARTY time

Heres some info you need to know

DATE : Sunday, 17th June 2012

Venue : Project X9 (@ Link Road Model town opposite PACE)

Duration : 3 Hours ( 3PM-6PM. Be on time. No gaming past the 6pm mark.

Expenses : Rs. 350 per person (Could go down)

Khaaba Shaaba : Depends on you if you want to

Personally, I'm all in for PX9. It's the cheapest option with everything under one roof. Though I'm going to add a poll. Lets see what the 'awaam' wants. Will still get a quotation from Virtuosity, but yeah, you guys have the expected figures.

Food is obviously not included in those prices, and is entirely optional and above that.
Confirm now, and DO SHOW UP IF YOU CONFIRM. Enough time to make your mind up, and choose the place (hence creating the thread early on).


EDIT: And people, please those attending, or willing to attend (i.e Lahori's or outsiders who are expected to be here) vote only. Please don't get the polls up like last time if you're not going to come.

It was all a bit too silent this time around, and the 'hype thread' didn't help much, thus I went on.

Whichever mod wants to do it can take over. I'm in for the meetup, not for any competitions on arrangement etc

Imo Project X9 is much better they haven ow 10 Pc's , Xbox360 and much more . Plus they are from Pakgamers too Goldenhawk and Jigger

We had all our previous successful meetups at their including last time

Price is affordable as u WONT be getting this package from anywhere else PLUs we always get more time , u know why

But still im leaving it to u guys to let me know what u guys think .

Decide the FINAL dates

If its PX9 then tell me so i go personally and decide the price with them

Virtuosity - this aint' cheap either. I've had a verbal talk with the dude, and either myself or @Ali Kamran will go and personally pan it out with them, but as of now, it's something like, Rs. 100 per hour per person for an X Box, Rs. 120 per hour per person for a PS3, and Rs. 100 per two hours per person on a PC.
