I can entertain separate parts , But will bundle the processor - motherboard and ram.

Well model is written clearly and second for the supply. take it for 2200 and the hdd for 2350

intel gives specific name to each of its product line i m unable to find an intel dual core with 2.8 ghz freequency and u forget to post demand for processor n mobo

buddy i can't comment on ur offer since its ur things however i like to add some information that ur mobo is available at galaxy for 4.6k n intel e2160 for 4950 which is 30% faster then ur processor at clock speed n its has hell of oc ability so i think its better to spend more i k to have new one or u should lower ur deamnd to make it price perforamnce ratio
