I am leading a Game Development Team of an upcoming Gaming Studio in Lahore, we are developing VR and Mobile titles right now.

We are looking for a motivated individual (no gender preference) that wnat to develop games and is passionate about playing games too. Below are formal requirements:

1. Computer Science Graduate is a huge Plus. (Otherwise Programming experience is a must, we wont teach basic programming)
2. 0-1/2 Years experience
3. Interested in developing and playing games.
4. Self motivated

Let me tell you a very interesting fact about our field....
Excellent marks wont get anything done in our line of work... what counts is what can you do with your skill set... and thats exactly what Mr. BlackDivine said earlier.....it all depends on how good your are with your work...your expertise...being on a job is not like getting admission in NED (No offense to any1), grades dont mean shit when you get practical...now m not saying that you shouldnt be aiming for good grades... all m saying is that grades is not everything... what you learn at uni is mostly theoretical...but when you get practical things are waaaaaaaaaaaaay different..

@Taimoor Baig: Don't worry about Salary, get good at something, like really good.
Like Jab koi apka first interview lay to use Idea ho jae k is larkay ko ata ha, Pay is good in our field Alhamdulillah.
It all becomes easy when Programming/GameDev or any other related field is your passion.

I don't know about Karachi much, but in Lahore average starting pay for a CS Graduate is 45-55k.
