Their podcast has already been advertised on the official PG facebook page. I doubt anyone's considering this as a competition of any sort.

From what I understand of Ranger Gizmo's podcast, it also covers content beyond games. And when it comes to games, they seem to discuss the ones they're actually playing. The PG podcast, on the other hand, has covered recent news, conferences, and other debatable topics from the games industry.

Personally, I don't think it would end up being a conflict of interest for them, though I definitely would want to hear their take on this.

Pretty much on point. We'll cover games and other subjects relevant to our interests and it'll be more in line of our back-and-forth discussion around it. Our format is pretty much flexible to our own content. Sometimes we might not even discuss games, other times we may cover some gaming/non-gaming news pieces we wanted to share and then there will episodes where we generally recommend what we're into.

I'm totally on board for more PG podcasts and personally it all comes down to having a good time. More discussion is always better engagement whether it involves one podcast or many. I think it's great to have features such as these to add some variety in form of different conversations/topics. Fully supportive of Nanow's charge on this just like he supported our initiative, so it's all good.
