PC GamerThe Fallout 76 beta FAQ states, among other things, that "the B.E.T.A. [that's a Fallout-style acronym for Break it Early Test Application] and the game will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and on PC (via Bethesda.net only)." The Fallout 76 purchase page also bears only a generic "PC game" logo, with no mention of Steam. And today, Bethesda confirmed that neither the beta nor the full game will be released on the platform.
That is just perfect
Let's see, Fallout is a well-known franchise. The shift to Origin wasn't a deal breaker for Battlefield.and then the game lost most of its pc sales.
don't forget each mmo ever as far as i remember have its own launcherEvery major publisher is moving away from steam supposedly because of the hefty 30% cut valve takes from them. Now Bethesda has Bethesda.net, epic games have their own epic launcher, Ubisoft now have Uplay, EA have origin. Then there's the windows store, GOG, Rockstar social club and of course blizzards battle.net. Also lesser known ones like arc clients and some others I m forgetting. So many launchers it's getting frustrating. Sent from my Infinix HOT 4 using Tapatalk
