Not sure how many people play this game over here but this game deserves a thread. Its really awesome (and toxic) to play with friends or solo. I would recommend everyone do check it out.
New content is releasing next week so its probably going to be on sale on Steam but not sure about other platforms.

It looks like “Dead By Daylight’s” next killer is inspired by Japanese horror.
Developer Behaviour Interactive teased a “new chapter” for the asymmetrical survival horror game in a YouTube video on Thursday. The short clip shows a man wielding a katana and the feet of a crying woman. As the sword falls, the video cuts to black over the sounds of the woman screaming.
“There is no point, dear daughter. We are born to die,” the man apparently says in Japanese, according to a fan translation on YouTube. “The more we wait, the more pain we carry.”
“Dead By Daylight” is an online multiplayer game where four people are survivors trying to escape a fifth player who is the killer. To escape, they must repair a certain number of disabled generators or find a key to open a hatch. They can’t fight; instead, they have to avoid the killer by using stealth or make use of numerous traps in the area.

I played 2 rounds in this game; one as a killer and one as a survivor. I like the atmosphere in the game and the tension it builds while you are trying to complete your objectives. It really gives me legit horror feels and the simple gameplay mechanics and teamwork are interesting and rewarding.

I liked the game aswell, but I wish there was more to it.

After playing around 30 matches - its all starting to become a little....repetitive

I wish there was a couple of more mechanics i.e more traps killers, and even survivors could set - and another set of tasks you could do to win..

Also there were some technical multiplayer flaws in significant number of matches..i.e lag and latency issues ( and this is Finland's 100 Mbps connection ..which gives me over 80 Mbps at all times)

There is actually more to it. High level perks, items and add-ons make the game really interesting. I think you should play some more, 30 matches are not enough IMO.
At least level up to 50 with one killer and one survivor, try to get good teachable perks and make awesome combos with it.

I'll play this game a bit to properly explore all gameplay elements but I can see how it can get repetitive at some point. The limited nature of the game is perhaps why it didn't get a high score generally but there's a lot of potential for a sequel. More maps, characters, items, and tasks can significantly improve the experience I think. Maybe throw in some random zombies as well lol.

There actually is a new map coming up next week with 1 new killer and 1 new survivor. They will bring their unique perks with them which is going to shake up things.
The best thing about this game is that perks are not particular survivor or killer specific. You can get perks unlocked for other characters in the game and use them with their unique perks.
They introduce new characters from time to time.

So while Playing Control, I found a journal which said that a bathroom is missing in Islamabad Beurue of Control. With Alan Wake and Control seems to be connected worlds. Even our city is in the universe as well. No wonder those Trail 5 and Trail 6 are haunted.
did you know you can see @NaNoW credited in the game too ? :p

What is peoples obsession with Battle Royale genre. 6 minutes to find a match, 3 minutes to setup a match, 2 minutes to land, 10 minutes for scavanging maybe 2 3 gunfigts and its over. Multiplayer landscape is looking absolute dogshit.
I tried playing Apex Legends once. Couldn't find a gun for 5 minutes straight. If I found a gun, I couldn't find the right ammo for it. Got killed fighting with my fists. Uninstalled it the next day.

I usually stay away from animes. Vinland saga changed the way i look at my life, and my experiences within. I recommend every breathing human being to watch this animated masterpiece at least once fromstart to finish.
After I watched it, I never felt like i watched a show. It was a friggin journey. I got way too attached to Thorfinn and seeing him grow up and find himself and get rid of all the negativity inside of him was just pure bliss.

With how great cod warzone has translated onto mobile. Mainstream Consoles have lost its value even further. Maybe console gaming was associated with TVs and how TV is not the primary source of media consumption anymore, consoles will lose its 200 million core audiences even further.
