I am shocked to hear this news , hammer of thor was such a nice guy on these forums , he was active in almost every section here , from movies to tv shows to sports , he introduced me to many tv shows , seems like a really good guy with great knowledge of of every thing , he was very short tempered and angry 4-5 years back then he had sudden change and became more religious ,no words to describe man life is very unpredictable

see u in heaven brother when my time will come

One of the most beloved PG member hammerofthor (Usman Khan Niazi) passed away today by heart attack. He was really good guy, and was always very helpful with advice and a guy because of whom I was tempted to join PG half a decade back.
Just prey,, May his soul rest in peace!

can believe this ... how old was he?
wasnt he a gym loving guy also?
life is so unpredictable ...

how come "HOT" passed away ?
the level of knowledge he had regarding gym workouts / nutrition .. seriously guys i cant accept he passed away due to heart attack ....
i had several conversations with him in the past regarding nutrition and balance of gym workout routine and he used to guide me like he is my personal paid trainer.

this shocking news is enough to hard engrave a bitter reality in our minds that , " life is completely unpredictable"
no matter how much fit u keep yourself , death can still reach you regardless of age..

ALLAH knows from how much stressful life he might be going through which resulted into his death at such an early age ..

I just found out about this.

He was a good guy. Was pretty active in many sections and since he loved TV series and movies like me, I had tons of interaction with him during my time here, which makes this more sad to find out. He was a major audio enthusiast/home theater lover also. I admired his passion for enjoying technical aspects of a movie like the way he did.

I....seriously still can't believe he is gone. :'(

I think the major cause of death would have been Cardiac Arrest and NOT Heart Attack because a heart attack is caused by cholestrol and fat build up in the hearts arteries which causes it to stop pumping blood to vital organs and it is unlikely in the case of Hammer of Thor as he was Mashallah in peak physical condition which most likely prevents any buildup of cholestrol....So it is most likely Cardiac Arrest which is caused due to irregular electrical rhythym of heart which causes heart to stop suddenly...Another VERY IMPORTANT cause is Over-Exertion in physical activity which puts alot of strain on the heart causing tears on the heart muscle and Aortic valves so it is very humble request to all PGers to go to gym in moderation and not overdo it as the human heart is made for light excercise and not like the heart of the horse which is made for running and racing.....This also explains why most soccer and footbaall players die on the field due to their heaart suddenly stopping.....Also if any PGers have alarming signs such as fainting or chest pain during excercise so immediately get your heart checked and also if you have family history of heart disease and dont listen to people saying you are still young so how can you have heart disease as heart disease is not age related in many cases....

But then again everyone has to die and meet with Allah so pray and do good deeds....
