You can't go wrong with TDH. It's a signature scent. Day or night, hot or cold you can use it any day. Yes I would suggest you go with terre rather than the other.
About Edp or Edt I would suggest you give it a go in some shop. As I found edt bit harsher than my taste. Rest assure you can't go wrong with it.

On a second thought, you may go with Guerlian. I was lucky to find it locally but it's rare. Never did I see it again in any shop.
On the other hand TDH is locally available so you can get it whenever your pocket allowed. But it should definitely be the next one in line for you to buy.

TDH is simply fantastic, a must have fragrance! Its one of those scent which has a very distinctive smell, a true signature scent. And yes it can easily be worn anytime.

I can vouch for normal version of L'Instant De Guerlain, its very good. Now some suggestions in 9-10k range:
  • Dior Pour Homme.
  • Dior Pour Homme Intense.
  • Aqua Di Gio Profumo.
  • Dunhill Icon.
  • D&G The One.
  • V&R Spice Bomb.

Icon has a dominant cardamom note according to reviews. Not a fan (plus I already have Cartier Declaration).

The One EDP looks great on paper. Guess I have 3 to choose from now :tv: This is getting tougher.

Yeah is listed as in the middle / heart notes.

It would be good because the EDT was really good, i used to own the EDT version. Why don't you give Dior a try? If you like floral / powdery / woody in the scent, then i would suggest DHI among that list.

Sorry if this post is coming too late. But if I could recommend one: Voyage d'Hermes

EDIT: Just saw that you already own Cartier Declaration, so Voyage might be redundant (not in my opinion though)
But for future purchases, you should definitely consider the following:

Un Jardin Sur de Nil by Hermes (brilliant spring time fragrance)
Acqua di Gio Profumo (worthy upgrade over the original AdG. I personally love the scent character of this intense version)
Midnight in Paris by Van Cleef and Arpels (discontinued. If you can find it, I highly recommend getting your hands on this amaaazing cheapie)

I've been holding off on buying fragrances since end of last year, but I will soon get Invictus Aqua for the upcoming summer time.

Oh and [MENTION=15709]shahzaibjamal[/MENTION] regarding the lasting power of MB Individuel, I get easily 6 hours longevity. i.e. I get whiffs of the scent until the 6-hour point, after which it either becomes a skin scent or other people can still smell it on you. The latter is the more likely case.

Thanks for the wonderful suggestions. That Hermes scent looks delicious. I bought Concentre d'Orange Verte from a PGer and I love that thing. It's the most unique scent in my collection so far. I'm sure this one would be great too.

Thing is, I have too many summer scents. How would this perform in the winter? Because I can definitely get it.. It's available on the site I'm ordering my stuff from, and the price is.. well kinda steep but I'm sure it would be worth it.

If I can choose two out of the following three, which ones would you recommend?

Un Jardin Sur Le Nil Hermes perfume - a fragrance for women and men 2005
L'Instant de Guerlain pour Homme Eau Extreme Guerlain cologne - a fragrance for men 2005
Terre d'Hermes Hermes cologne - a fragrance for men 2006

Also, Midnight in Paris.. I would have bought that just for the bottle. Alas! It's out of stock on most online sites.

Wo aisa kerna when you're coming to Pakistan, bring one for me :tv: I'll take you to savour (long overdue) and you'll gift me that :tv:

I have shifted to Lahore and if I were in Karachi I would head to the obvious places but I am not sure about what I want so i'd like to be able to sniff samples. What's the best place to get legit perfums here in Lahore and also be able to try them.

Haha, I had forgotten about that Savor fiasco all those years ago. Damn, feels like such a long time ago :D Seriously though, get Midnight in Paris if you can.

Anyway.. I've lost my marbles. Initially I was gonna order 1.. then 2.. Well I ended up ordering 7. 4 of these are for my personal use. Here's the list:

1. L'Instant De Guerlain Extreme EDP 2.5 oz

3. Un Jardin Sur Le Nil EDT 3.3 oz
4. Perry Ellis 360 Red EDT 6.7 oz
5. Versace Man EDT 3.4 oz

7. Frozen Disney EDT 3.4 oz

The first 4 are for my personal use.

They aren't here yet but got delivered to my cousin's US address.
1 week to go.

The Guerlain went out of stock the day I ordered. Thankfully I placed my order in time.
