MULTI Official Game Finishing and Discussion Thread

Well since we have Discussion type threads for Animes, Movies and T.V series, I thought we should have one for Gaming too as this is "PAKGAMERS" and almost every one here plays games.

Rules:

1- First and foremost, don't post open spoilers, especially of newly released games, those spoiler tags are for a reason.

2- Do not criticize/judge other on their reviews, scores and opinions about a game.

3- Try to stick to gaming discussion here, avoid off topic discussions.

4- Don't post games posters bigger than 640x480 (don't really know about this, just copying DLM rule from Movies thread )

5- Just don't put names of games you finish. Try to write a review with your rating/score​, even if its very short like:

"great game, good graphics, recommended, 8.5/10"

"waste of time, nothing good in it, 2/10"​

Journey
A unique, mesmerizing, enthralling and truly unforgettable experience. Artistic perfection.
Beautiful visuals and simply outstanding soundtrack.
Must play for anyone who own's a PS3.

God of War III

A truly epic game of an epic saga. Great gameplay as always, great graphics. The story was a little slow at first but picked up near the end. The best game of this series. Don't regret buying it, you won't either. 9/10

Infamous 2


As far as I can remember, I've always wanted to play a game where you could free roam with superpowers. Spiderman 2, Hulk and Prototype came close but then I played Infamous. Infamous 2 is one of the best games I've ever played. Its got everything you would want in a superhero game. Amazing gameplay, great graphics, awesome story and characters.
The choices you made were great. Hell, Cole MacGrath is one of the best protagonists ever.

He fought with everything he had and sacrificed himself (and thousands of other Conduits) for the sake of mankind :crying: (I am talking about the Good side here as I don't consider the Evil side to be canon). This was one of the games that would make you shed a tear.

I give it a 10/10. Well and truly deserved! I love you Sucker Punch for making one of the best games ever.

Try out God of war Ascension Demo. Its pretty awesome. Can't wait for the full game, love this series, one of the best in gaming.

One thing I really didn't like in Infamous 2 was Cole's voice. It was so awesome in Part 1 but they changed the voice actor in part 1

The Darkness
Great Dark themed game.
Amazing soundtrack. Lame graphics.
The gameplay with The Darkness is good and normally its ok, needs polish.

I still don't see the point in such a thread TBH.We already have lengthy discussions about video games in every thread we make here and no one's really discussing any old games here anyways.

It's here just to tell everyone about the game(s) we just finished.

We had a thread exactly like this one in the past and it was closed because by the end the only thing people were doing was posting image of the game and then that's it.It's pointless.

I finished a Halo game once. It was surprisingly good. You guys should check it out sometime.

... but you should know that the guys WHO wrote some lines about the game were also locked out by you.

I for one agree with you about 'write something about the game' but making it a necessity is not good but I also agree that writing only 'I finished this x game' is not acceptable either.

It's your duty to warn properly. You just wrote a post, which was long gone after some posts made after it. So naturally, most didn't know that new rule that you implemented. No one in their right state of mind would check old posts.

Plus, there are SO MANY GAMES that DO NOT have an OT here. So this thread serves that purpose.

It's not really my fault people can't follow simple guidelines.Take this thread ofr example.The OP has clear cut rules about posting methods and yet they're being violated or you can look at the community choice awards thread and see the general public's rule following prowess.

Alright fine, I'll let this thread remain open and you can post whatever you want.Just don't let it get out of hand.
