Go for the cheapest option available, without warranty and accidental coverage. They are worthless considering the loss you will have to deal with once you sell the phone. Resale is shit for high end phones.

You can also get an s8 mint condition, totally untouched, at 56k, I would highly recommend considering it. Last week I extensively visited the market and the amount of used s8 devices available was astonishing, all beyond immaculate and this is coming from a nitpicker who consider a phone to be 8/10 even if there is a single scratch. As more samsung lovers are upgrading to note 8, this is really your time to buy a used galaxy device because tons of phones are available.

No, and it's very hard to come by.
It was available in the following variants:
SM-G9550
SM-G955N
SM-G955FD
The first is Chinese as dragonheart786 has mentioned. English is available and you can get Google services but I wouldn't recommend it.
The second is Korean carrier version. Has English language available and with custom ROMs, you can remove the bloatware and Korean stuff.
Last is international variant and it's only being sold in the 6GB/128GB configuration in India and Brazil. So those will obviously be impossible to get.
Has been launched in other countries too.
