Still not close to the older legends xD I admit they are good but those are about the only ones. What I mean to say is the "number" of quality anime have reduced. It's all about moe and trush anime these days. Nothing that can stir you up from the inside.
ur like comparing animes from beginnging of anime till 2016 and than ur separtly coming 2017 and so on its like u compare 1 good anime in 3-5 years vs 20 good animes in 1 year... thts such a noob comparison..

i never said better quality i said good animes in a single year... ur just talking gibberish this shows how u just pretend to like animes just bcoz u have seen a few.
again dont think the ones u mentioned are better i personally hated death note the quality of the anime was shit L died another one came like WTF.... hated tht anime.
Code Geass was just going in circules i watched it recently and i gave it 6.5/10.

So what are people watching these days? SAO & Slime will be ending soon. Any recommendations for this or last year?
Just ended season 1 of My Hero Academia!! GO BEYOND!!! PLUS ULLTTRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! (yr)
Didn't you already watch SAO? Or maybe you are talking about the new one.
The original SAO's first season was good but started getting too lovey dovey from the 2nd. They killed the show, really. Better watch .Hack/Log Horizon if you are craving for MC's stuck in the game world.
Finished SAO: Alicization, overall I think it was pretty good. The ending was pretty unexpected but having read through some LN spoilers I'm really exicted for the next season. The OST was amazing as well, especially the openings. Solid 7/10 for me

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
