no tv channels working (ebravo webtv section)??need guidance

Hi....I have been using cybernet internet services for almost 4 years (through a dealer) and they have their sharing entertainment portal (ebravo.pk) and from past 2 months i have been facing problem with using their sharing entertainment portal. The problem is, on web tv section of their sharing entertainment portal website , no tv channels are working , they just seem to buffer forever.....previously before 2 months this service was good and i face no problem but one day in their web tv section of (ebravo.pk) no channels are working....i can browse through their sharing entertainment portal website but can't access any content like web tv channels...any one know why is that??how can i fix this issue? i have contacted my local dealer in my area..but he ignores the problem and he says he is doing job of internet related problems like fixing where internet is not working (not about any website...etc.)....I have contacted many cybernet users like users of stormfiber..etc (stormfiber powered by cynernet) but they all seem to find that there is no problem with ebravo web tv section.........Any suggestion that fixes this problem...?i have tplink router......and before 2 months all was working fine for me...
