Thank you for being here with us and thank you for introducing Dinodirect although many of PG members do know about this online store including its SOPs etc.

I am not going to talk about clothing, garments, wedding and baby accessories being not my field but as far as electronic items are concerned especially those related to computer, to be very honest, Dinodirect is lacking variety and quality plus charging much for tiny products.

For example, cables and connectors in the computer accessories section are very limited in variety but still overpriced as compare to our market. If I can get an item at a comparatively better price from this forum or from my local market, than why should I place an order online to dinodirect which otherwise will cost me shipping as well beside other risks involved?

For instance, there are no quality graphic card, no RAM, no flash drives from quality brands, no power supplies, no processors or mobos but cheap adopters and wires (cheap in a sense of quality).

The "Search" query doen't work at all on your website. If I search for "thermal paste", it shows 950 items but none of them is actually thermal paste. Further, it has been noticed that same items are spreaded over and over again on every page just to make the website colourful. However, if one is in need of something special or variety of things, I am afraid he / she will be disappointed.

Sorry if it is hurting you but I have made this mind after many thorough visits of your website.

Yes, i also think the "search" is not very well, at the same time, i just tell you about something about this store, i also hope you can buy the cheap but high quality product, everything has two sides, you'd better see the good side, then, the world would be more beautiful!

there are tons of computer PSUs over their also there are cpu coolers and case fans. there are water cooling too available on their store. all u have to do is to spend some time u can find everything over their. i admit that their search engine inst that good. i hope they do something to it. my over all experience is best.... if u want links to psu cpu cooler case fans and water coolings leme know i'll give u :D

Surprised. The Sales girl failed to address my query but you did. By the way, I have seen coolers and fans on double price but could not find what I was looking for. While thanking you, I would request to kindly post here links for the following computer items :

2. High End Graphic Cards

When response against most of the items is "No", it proves my point that they are lacking both product and variety. Secondly, they are selling a 380W unknown PSU @ 60$ (PKR 5400) and that too after allowing 71% discount. Its evident that what I pointed out was not so much out of the way. I was expecting you to second my opinion but ...........!
