need to buy new monitor

Hi,
I need to buy a new monitor so please tell me which one i should buy. I'd be willing to spend up to 20000 rupees on it if necessary (might even go a bit higher). I just need a good monitor that'll last for atleast the next couple years. I'll be using it with my P4 pc but i'll be buying a new gaming pc soon so please suggest according to that because i'll use the same monitor for that pc aswell. The new PC's probably gonna be worth around 50000-60000 rupees so please tell me if buying a full hd monitor for that would be a good idea..

Also, if anyone knows, what's the difference between a CRT and the new LCDs or LEDs? Are the LCD and LED monitors better for the eyes or do they hurt the eyes at all?

I'm not gonna buy a new PC yet. I just need a monitor for now I'll buy a new PC in may or june.

I can spend up to 20k rupees on monitor (or more if necessary).

For the PC, i'll have like 50k-60k rupees but i'll buy it in may/june

ok i asked for budget because you can get a monitor or lcd according to your pc. anyway in 20k i suggest you acer 23" H235H available at czone.com.pk in 20.5k .
