Hey man.. get ur closest friends to sub first and keep posting consistently a few times a week. You post with big gaps. I started my channel around 3 months back as well and nearing my first 100 subs now. It is truely a grind but so much fun. Anyway i will subscribe to you to support a fellow Youtuber =]
