Need Mbb device that can net 20mb download and atleast 10 upload Rawalpindi/Lahore

Im in pakistan on vacation for 2 months and I am looking for a mbb device that can get me 20mb internet. Currently looking at the zong bolt+ for my stay in Pindi and Lahore but theres also jazz ptcl etc so i dont know which to get.
One more question. how do i get balance into the device? I have a jazz sim so if i get a zong device will i need a new sim?

Get Jazz. It works very well in Pindi / ISB. They've upgraded their network here and speeds are very consistent. You'll get at least 40 Mbps if not more in most areas.

If you want to use a MBB device, I'd suggest buying the MBB device with a data plan from the service center. Jazz sells devices as well, and just a data only SIM on which you can subscribe to the same MBB bundles but you can use your phone as a hotspot.

Zong sucks in Pindi so don't waste your money there since you'll be cursing them for 2 months straight.

When you buy the device, they'll ask you what bundle you want and enable that one on the SIM included with the device.

The difference between the devices is that the 4G Wingle requires a constant power source, so you'd have to keep it plugged into a power bank or your laptop.

The 4G WiFi device has a battery so you can just carry it around with you in your pocket and it lasts around 5-6 hours, maybe more on a single charge.

The WiFi device generally offers better performance compared to the Wingle though.

I guess Ill go with the 4g device from jazz. Its ok if I get bad connection in Pindi atleast itll be good in Lahore. thanks for the help man

first of all the devices come with their own sim. you will need a valid cnic to buy one though. you will also have to go through biometric verification. they take your fingerprint using a fingerprint scanner as if you're a criminal.

second you should make this decision once you come to pakistan. you will have to test zong and jazz sims in 4g phones to determine which one works best in your area. you may need the help of family members/friends for this. then once you've determined which one works best in your area you buy the mbb device of that.

you can add funds via scratch cards, easy load, online banking and even with cash at the time of purchasing the device. almost every grocery store in the country sells scratch cards so it won't be a problem. all banks support adding funds as well.

as for the speed both zong and jazz can give you these speeds in short bursts but sustaining them 24/7 isn't likely. also note there are volume limits so streaming video 24/7 won't work.
