Is there any shop for motherboard repairing because I'm not in position to buy new motherboard right now ..
I would take out the board from casing, on the anti-static matt, install only CPU, RAM and PSU to see if I get any lights on the motherboard, any beeps, then replace components like PSU, CPU, RAM one by one with a known good one, to make sure it is the board itself that is faulty before I take it for repair. Don't have much confidence in motherboard repairs here, which city are you in?

Usually a faulty board gives beeps. If there is no signal at all,you can try
1)Take out the battery (which you did)
2)Try shorting the power switch on board instead of power button
3)Different PSU
4)GPU cable(dvi hdmi whatever)
5)Different Gpu
6)Use only one ram and the ram of which you are sure of works
7)use that ram in different slots

If nothing works then its probably hardware related.Make sure you dont connect your hard, you want to test with as basic components as you can.

If you have checked with another CPU, RAM & PSU which were known good, then that means the motherboard is faulty. Does it have any burnt marks on the back or front, any popped capacitors, fried ICs? Anything burnt on VRMs? CPU socket pins all good?
