I need to buy Steering wheel for PS4, Games I have is Drive Club, Grand Tourismo Sports, Need for Speed and GTA5

I short out 2 steering wheels for the almost same price tag of around 30000/-

Yes.. planned upgrade to PS5 in 1 to 2 years.

I think there is no force feedback on both of wheels..

Okay, Force feedback is critical - absolutely critical for any driving wheel. Without it, you are missing a key feature. I would suggest saving and waiting.
and naturally you want it to be as compatible with Ps5 ofcourse.
