Need Good WiFi Adaptor

So I am stuck with the windows 10 issue which makes every adapter I buy disconnect from the router randomly. Usually it depends on bandwidth usage, like with nearly 20Mbps consistent usage, they disconnect in under 10 minutes. Requiring a manual plugin in/out cycle...

That's all because our retailers are still selling age old adapters with obsolete drivers and hardware. Not to mention low standard manufacturers or repackages like D-Link and TP-Link inundating the market.

I have sifted through almost all reputed and some not so reputed online stores but found no hardware which at least supported the Creator's update of W10, most didn't even support any W10 version... At this pace, it seems I will have to buy my own connection and run an Ethernet cable to my PC...

So please help me to some store which sells adapters from reputed brands like Killer or Asus or anyone else, I will figure out whether they have supported drivers or not. It can be online or in my city, ISL/RWP.

you have pcie slot in motherboard for wifi adapter or PCI slot? can you share model of your motherboard?

i dont know where to look you can buy wifi 6 card from ali express but make sure it will work with your motherboard and it is for around 30-35$ with pcie card

Thanks. The PC spec thing is a PG feature, the orange dot you see under "I am:" under the username is actually a view switcher with 3 views. Clicking on the 2nd dark gray dot shows the location, consoles and PC spec menu of the user.

Follow my guide & see if this helps.
Go to *Power options* & select *change plan settings*. After that select *Change advance power settings*. Now scroll through the list to *Usb settings*. There will be an option called * Usb selective suspend setting* and make sure it is disabled.
If this is already disabled, then open device manager. Select your wifi adapter & open *Properties*. In there open * power management tab*. Uncheck *Allow the computer to power off this device*
Actually the 2nd method worked for me when I was using Windows 8.1 & my wifi would just dissapear & I had to restart my pc to get it working again.

I have unchecked it but I am skeptical as I run my computer with no power management features i.e. windows is set to high performance with all features geared towards it and bios has all CPU sleep states disabled.

i also had a trouble with pci wifi card on my old 2nd gen i3 in windows 10 better get wifi 6 pcie card from ali express because in pakistan everyone is selling old pcie cards or usb adapters

Though electronics are definitely very cheap on this site, it is really astonishing that such a high traffic site has such a horrendous design and user experience... As evidenced by redit posts, they really don't even bother to fix the issues...

The experience is just out of the world! Just figured all those strange issues with multiple downloads and random slowdowns was just because of the sub standard adapters I had been using since times past... Now each connection tries to use my full bandwidth, the days of seeing measly 60-150KBps speeds when downloading multiple files from the same server are finally gone. Failures are also gone and I am a happy camper just like before when I had a Ethernet connection to the router.

Shipping was free. With numerous coupons I was able to get the card for $33.45. It took about 10 days to reach me.

Bluetooth is something useless to me as I normally share through one drive or google drive on all my devices.

It looks like yours, except for the antenna.
