Salam, as the title suggests I'm looking for a way to buy a rickhsaw based on installments for a needy guy. The guy can pay around 4-5k per month and hardly 10-15k advance which is much lower than the market rates. I even contacted Saylani welfare and according to them, you need to pay 30k up front for a used rickshaw and monthly 8-9k. They also give rickshaw only to native Karachi people not to siraiki/balochi etc since they usually run away and they have to bear losses according to them.
The guy used to work as a driver for our family back when I was a kid. Now a days he does odd jobs in our area and earns money. He is also willing to provide his CNIC and other details incase there is a proper organization that wants to support him so I don't think he is of the type that's gonna run away after taking the rickshaw. So if anybody knows someone who is willing to sell a rickshaw on these terms or if someone has any links to welfare organization willing to help persons like these do tell me.
