I have a 3rg gen dual core pc with 8gb ram and and rx 550 4gb which i surely upgrading in near future.

My budget is 75k for a 55 inch 4k -1 lac for 55 inch 8k i dont want something ultra luxury considering from budget i would be content with TCL or something similar.

If 55 inch 8k isnt possible then i can use that 25k to upgrade my pc.

Yes definitely upgrade your PC and by upgrading I meant sell this one and build one from scratch. 3rd gen architecture is very old now and even the highest 3rd gen processor will bottleneck the upcoming midrangers (rtx 3060, hd 6600xt I assume).

Also forget about 8k, if you build a new PC with considerable budget ( more than a lac ) you may just be able to game on native 4k but with not ultra settings and/or 60 fps always. I think 1440p is much more realistic resolution for future mid range PCs with ultra settings and 60 fps. But I don't think they make 1440p TVs as far as I know
