Nayatel very low download speed <10KBps through NA/EU servers

I am getting very low download speeds of less than 10KBps from servers located in North America or Europe. This can be replicated on youtube as well. The first server it picks is usually somewhere in those regions (for me at least) and the video never gets loaded otherwise its like nothing happened and my 10Mbps smoothly streams 1080p videos. It takes a few refreshes to make it pick something else. But this option of refreshing is not available when you are doing direct downloads. It would be helpful, if someone tells the actual story. It has been a week now and I can't do my remote job properly with this.

I'm having the exact same issue with YouTube. It's been going on for a very long time and only a few days ago did I launch a complaint. I've been up their asses about this issue. It's definitely something in their network. I suggest you launch the same complain regarding YouTube and direct downloads.

The effect is greater in the peak times so I'll loge a complaint tomorrow, hopefully they will accept it because last time they rejected it as being an isolated issue.

We also faced this issue after the last Maintenance update that coincided with the undersea cable fault ... I reported packet drops via pingplotter ... tech support 'fixed' the issue by changing my wifi settings??? ... reminded me of ptcl ... so I decided to let it be and did not pursue it ... thankfully, it seems to have been resolved ... at least for us ... hopefully it gets better for all!

- complete address would be r2---sn-o5t5uxa-pncl.c.youtube.com ... shows IP of 203.99.50.13 (might change)

I honestly want to smash my router on their heads when they tell me bullshit like 'restart your router, change your wifi channel' blah blah. Keep bugging them until they transfer you to their Core TAC department. That is the department with any real power to fix your issue.

Add that to the fact that they don't even give public IP addresses ... Nayatel and gaming just don't seem to go together!

ive said it before and ill say it again nayatel is dogshit now, i usualy get to play some games after 8pm and pings from that time to 1 am are attrocious to most of eurpoean servers.

I haven't played a MP game in a few months but last I tried I used to get the same pings in EU servers (in Team Fortress 2) no matter what time of the day.

just right now an hour ago it sky rocketed again on ps4 on battlefield 1 and rainbow six siege ping jumps from around 150 to 250,the worst part is their cs fails to acknowledge this

i honestly think nayatel should get some award or something, company which went from one of the best isp of pakistan to one of the worst in record breaking time, gaming at peak times is almost impossible, youtube / twitch stuttering, blocking ports for home users the list goes on and on.
im pretty sure i emailed mlk3232 or some nayatel rep regarding port blocking back in the day but never got an answer

I just switched from ptcl to nayatel and in my house 3 people stream 720p simultaneously without any issues. How is this possible that Im getting fairly better service any many of you aren't? I'm not that impressed from nayatel. When my 8mb ptcl was working fine it would perform much better than the 7mb nayatel that I have now.
