Nayatel ONT restartimg Issue

Hi while I'm using the internet all of a sudden the ONT restarts on it's own and then takes about 4 to 5 mins in connecting to internet
Anyone else has had this issue
Nayatel have checked numerous times but they keep stating it could be due to power fluctuations
