nayatel and unbelieveable high ping on almost every game

its been a few weeks. a month or 2 and ive seen a constant degradation of nayatel internet right after they upgraded the packages,ive send them the traceroutes of some dota servers one of them looks like

every game i trace the destination end spikes from 160/150 where it should be to 250+ and their support keeps telling me its destination end
now ive traced hots ,dota and battlefield and all of them has shows massive ping increase and its all at destination end, is any of u with nayatel or without facing these high pings or am i the only unlucky one

Ask them to shift you from TW to PTCL link. You should get around ~170'ish on that along with 100ms to cancerous-SEA-servers. PTCL has direct peering towards EUW servers so chances of what's happening on the TW link is minimal.

p.s NayaTel are correct in saying that ping is spiking on the destination end, they can't do anything about it since it is not in their control and TW (transworld) is shit at sorting this stuff out.
