Want To Buy My upstream rates are far lower than my downstream rates!

AoA, I'm using 25mbps PTCL VDSL-2 and the issue is that my upstream rates are lower than my downstream rates, Is there any way to increase my upstream rates because my parameters are perfect according to PTCL they always see my downstream rates not my upstream rates. Screenshot of my 25mbps is attached.
P.S: You need 14077 Kbps rate for upstream and mine are 10333 Kbps.

Your attainable upstream maxes out at 12853, so anything higher than that isn't possible for your line.

They've deliberately kept your line profile lower to avoid stability issues.
