My Internet Service 'confuzzles' me. I'm getting this over a WiFi network. No speed limit. Sometimes the download goes upto 2400 kbps. Which is... a LOT.
But take a look at the upload. And the ping. AND the distance!
I have no idea why my IP location shows a Russian city. Proxy may be. But still.
